Young Chromatographer Award

 

Established in 2017, the CCDG Young Chromatographer Award is designed to be awarded to a young person who presents their original research at our student dinner meeting.  CCDG is committed to promoting an interest in and providing a forum for, the exchange of information in all areas of chromatography.  As part of our philanthropy strategy, the group has established this award to encourage young scientists to do research and provide a forum for their presentation.

To be considered for this award, the presenting author should send an email with their abstract attached to awards@chichrom.org

Eligibility criteria for the award are as follows:

  • The presenter must be a contributing author.
  • The presenting author must be less than 41 years old on the day of the meeting.
  • The presenting author must be a CCDG member at any level.

The board has determined that the award shall be a minimum of $250 per year

The selection criteria is as follows

  • Quality of the abstract
  • Subject Material
  • Scientific Merit
  • Presentation Quality
